  • New Mosaic structure TV frame

     

    Problems:

    1.Traditional welding machine stroke is not enough, can not weld the internal clearance of the border。

    2.High welding temperature, easy to burn products and fixtures.
    3.Welding strength is not enough, the transport process is easy to crack.

    The solution:

    1.The advanced welding equipment of the manipulator can rotate 360 degrees and the extension arm is longer than the length of the product.
    2.Develop and test the most suitable welding temperature, and use high temperature resistance, good thermal conductivity of tooling materials.
    3.It adopts splicing structure such as welding and strong adhesion and mixing of connecting parts to assemble solid products.
  • Curved TV border

     

    Problems:

    1.The product is easy to rebound after bending。
    2.The opening size changes unevenly during bending.
    3.Surface treatment of curved borders is difficult (such as sandblasting deformation, uneven drawing, high-light size edge, etc.).

    The solution:

    1.The applied technology of stationary flat bending is developed to control the springback after forming.
    2.According to different opening shapes of products, the application technology of link type filler is developed to guarantee the stability of opening size.
    3.Developed the application technologies such as layered and fixed cambered surface sandblasting, follow-up track cambered surface drawing and probe contact speckle to solve the technical problems of appearance treatment.
  • Digital camera lens ring with teeth

     

    problems:

    1.The lens ring adopts NC machine to batch teeth, the production time is long。
    2.Tooth profile has blade.

    Solution:

    1.Design new die structure and replace NC batch teeth with die stamping.
    2.Adjust sharp Angle of die blade, reasonable gap between die and male, solve vibration blade.
  • Stainless steel TV frame

     

    problems:

    1.It is difficult to roll the stainless steel for many times.
    2.The precision of groove width is required by die bending.
    3.The grooving cutter is easy to wear away, and the frequent changing of the cutter results in high defect rate.

    The solution:

    1.Stainless steel planer groove is used, and special mold V bend technology is used in every bend to guarantee the size after bending.
    2.Research and development of high-precision CNC planer trough machine, write processing procedures, use numerical control platform to achieve processing data exchange, use vacuum clamping fixture fixed product processing, improve the precision of planer trough.
    3.Slotted tool holder chuck is arranged in front and back, and the cutting height (progressive cutting) of each cutter can be adjusted independently to avoid the tool wear.
